| For 105 years, the Lawrence Public Library has served our city. Each month, 40,000 people visit the library to take advantage of its huge array of free services such as books, movies, music, audio books, programs, internet access, and meeting space. The Lawrence Public Library Foundation is an important library partner that seeks out private funding for the library. As an independent, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization, the Foundation provides an easy and tax-deductible way to give to your community library. There are few places in Lawrence where your gift touches the lives of so many people.
